ken

Kenneth Keith Kallenbach

I sincerely want to thank each and everyone of the people who have e-mailed me. I just never quite realized how much Ken was loved and well thought of. I got a very good idea of that at the funeral parlor. There were so many wonderful people there, I could feel the outpouring of love. I’ve had people approach me and call me telling me how they still feel so saddened by his death and he was their favorite wack packer. He was mine too. It’s still hard for me to accept too.

A few fans have wanted to know if I could post something on his website. There have been many articles written about Ken. The most recent one published is a story in the Philadelphia Magazine in the August issue. I only found a few of the magazines at a nearby newsstand. Probably because it is an upscale magazine and is maybe pricier than your typical magazine. I think it will probably become a collector item. The story was also posted on the internet at Philly Mag. Titled “Do you know who I am” written by Dan Lee and has a unique little drawing of Ken blowing smoke out of his eyes. There are also articles written by the associated press in newspapers all over the country.

I did receive the autopsy report from the coroner’s office and just to let you know, I don’t agree with the fact that that is was complications from his cystic fibrosis he never had to be hospitalized for his disease and went in Delaware County Prison for only a few short weeks before he became so violently ill. He was perfectly healthy when he went in. Had Ken been permitted to get the proper treatments at home on an ankle bracelet, he would still be here with us today. Ken weighed 120 pounds when he was incarcerated but had become so emaciated in just a few short weeks that he looked to be not much more than a hundred pounds. Then Ken’s death was recorded as normal. I think my doctor would be a little more than concerned about me if I lost that kind of weight that quickly. No, I don’t call that normal.

People have been asking me about Ken’s cd’s and videos. His videos are still being sold by Music Video Distributors. The e-mail address is will@musicvideodistributors.com If anyone is interested, and phone # 610-650-8200. Ken also has DVD’s through PayPal. There was also another CD that was getting ready to be put out Kenneth Keith Kallenbach: Bad Approach and Ken’s girlfriend was going to get it set up. If and when that happens, I will post it for his fans on his website.

Thank you again for your condolences and kind words to me and about Ken.

Sincerely,

Fay Kallenbach
